CASA MELIDES 105
This project involves the construction of a 300 m² single-family house on a 1,500 m² plot in Herdade do Pinheirinho, Melides. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, the house is distributed across three levels: two above ground and one basement, connected by an exterior patio facing east, which provides direct access to the basement and natural light.

The main entrance is located to the north on the ground floor, which houses the social areas strategically placed to take full advantage of solar orientation to the south and west. The central volume of the living room extends in an east-west direction, maximizing solar exposure and offering privileged views over the golf course.

Access to the upper and lower floors is provided by a staircase connected to the exterior patio. On the upper floor, there are four suites, including a master suite facing south. All suites feature private balconies, promoting a minimalist and functional aesthetic. The basement accommodates a parking area, a suite with natural light from the patio, and a multi-purpose room.

The project emphasizes the integration with the natural landscape and the use of materials such as lime plaster and chestnut wood, complemented by large glass openings that allow spaces to be fully opened in the summer months. This combination of elements strengthens the connection between interior and exterior, creating a sustainable architecture in harmony with the surroundings of Herdade do Pinheirinho.
