CASA NO GUINCHO
Renovation of a house in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, overlooking Praia do Abano, was carried out without altering the construction areas due to the delicate nature of the site. The interior was modernized, maintaining part of the existing layout, and the exterior was improved with thermal insulation, limewash paint, and replacement of shading elements and window frames. The landscaping project followed the park's recommendations, introducing native species and removing invasive and tropical plants.
