CASA NO ESTORIL
Project for a 5Bed private house in Estoril on a forest kind of plot with protected tree species and a vast landscape value. The unconventional triangular shape of the plot and the preserved nature helped define 2 separate garden areas, one for the social spaces and the other for the bedrooms at ground level. The house has a vehicle access straight into a lower ground level which houses a gallery collection led by an external patio. The top level is dedicated to the master suite and a rooftop. The double-height living room, dining and kitchen all face the garden area in the west where a swimming pool is proposed. The architecture concept aimed, along with the landscape design, to frame the external nature on the interiors of the house through a feeling of integration of the architecture with its surroundings.
