MARINHA GUINCHO
With a single possible access through the North, this house is developed into 2 levels split across a long 2380 sqm south facing terrain with views to the sea.

The access to the house is proposed on the west of the façade, taking advantage of the existing topography, with the social areas and bedrooms facing south. The materials proposed for this façade aimed to achieve transparency and permeability to bring the exteriors in contact with the spacious interior spaces.
