This project involves the renovation and extension of a corner building located within the Urban Plan perimeter of Avenida da Liberdade and its surrounding area, respecting its historical and urban context. Originally dating back to the 1940s, the building is being extended to accommodate a T3 residential unit with 196 m², distributed over three floors and an attic. The project seeks to preserve the original architectural and aesthetic integrity while enhancing its historical character and adapting it to modern living needs.

The front and rear façades will be restored with plastering and white paint, including the relocation of the original 1940s parapet. The exterior walls have been structurally reinforced and thermally insulated from the inside. The roof will be utilized as a mansard-style attic with a double-pitched roof, complemented by a rear courtyard.
