RUA DE PÁDUA
With a single access from the front street, this house is distributed in 3 floors shaped on a steep terrain and adapting to the existing topography to reduce potential excavations.

The main volume is developed along the west side of the site, opening its interior to the south. It is overlaid by a cantilever volume supported on the east and creating a natural shade over the garden.

The lower floor is levelled with the house entrance and houses the garage and technical areas, leaving the social and entertaining areas to the intermediate floor through double height spaces facing the garden and pool. The top floor houses the private areas and a private roof terrace with panoramic views, accessed by the family room.

The structure of the house is expressed in the façade through a rectangular grid, with timber panels in between that allow for occasional and more flexible openings.
