LOTEAMENTO BEM SAÚDE
The urban development project on Avenida Bensaúde, Lisbon, spans a 42,000 m² site and proposes a sustainable urban intervention that prioritizes quality of life and environmental integration. The plan includes extensive public green spaces, designed to be organic and continuous, aiming to achieve WELL Community certification, fostering high standards of well-being and mobility.

With a construction area of 67,600 m² above ground, the project features buildings for residential use, student housing, tourist apartments, and Built to Rent developments. The urban design is based on principles of efficient mobility, direct connections to public transport, energy efficiency, and bioclimatic design, ensuring thermal comfort and reducing environmental impact.
